Y-Not Australian Shepherds is a registered kennel name
with the Australian Shepherd Club of America (ASCA).  
We are a family operation with two locations.  Y-Not
South is located in Los Lunas, NM, approx. 25 miles south
of Albuquerque. The kennel is owned and operated by
Earl and Helen Thompson. At this location we do limited
breeding. Also we train and compete in Conformation
and Obedience. We are active members of the Australian
Shepherd Club of America, several local breed clubs, as
well as the Valencia Valley Dog Club.  All our dogs and
litters are registered with the Australian Shepherd Club
of America and the American Kennel Club.
All breeding stock is DNA’d, hips cleared good or
excellent and elbows cleared normal with the Orthopedic
Foundation of America, and eyes cleared annually.

Y-Not North is located at Appleton, WI.  At this location
our daughter Gayle Kukulka and Granddaughter
currently specialize in training for Obedience, Rally,
Agility and Herding.  They are active members of the
Australian Shepherd Club of America as well as the
Winnegamie Dog Club..
